This is coil packaging line includ  coil upender, conveyor, weighting device, wapping machine and our feeding conveyor.

Upder is for turning the coil from vertical to horizontal, and it is for coil positioning also.

There are conveyor for infeeding the horizontal coil to weight device.

The information ss weigth and size of coil will be transfer to ERP system and data backup. Even can be connect with printer to label printing.

The coil wrapping machine is providing the stretch film and paper packaging for better coil protection.

i.          Supportive roller in coil packaging line

Ø Function:

The device with width adjustment for protecting the coil from coil car to wrapping machinery,and wrapping machinery to tilter.

Packing System：

The Fhope steel coil packing system including Pushing device, coil car, supportive roller, automatic type wrapping machinery,automatic wrapping machinery,coil tilter with stocking function,conveyor. Loading the slited coil from slitting line to the coil car, the coil was separated by pushing device from coil car to supportive roller one with vertical type, through the supportive roller tunnel,the coil loading to the packing position of automatic wrapping machinery and start wrapping. Packing done,the packed coil move from packing position to coil tilter for stacking and tiltering through supportive roller two.

Stacking finished,the pallet conveying to the werehouse or another place.
